Company of heroes modern combat error while updating

I just installed modern combat mod but when i click company of heroes modern combat.bat and then it says " Updating please wait " then i wait then after waiting for a long time and an error pop up saying " Error access denied "
Please help me!!

that is the launcher... (only search for update)
you need create the shortcut in desktop... follow the instruction where say "Desktop Shortcut"
