SEALs do not have hat

I just saw this today. Has anyone found this bug like me?

Ah... this happened before, but we thought it was fixed for good.

Could you tell us your graphics settings?

Thanks. I just found that my shader quality setting is ultra. (No idea when I did this) Now I can see the little brown boonie hat :D
