Unit "Kill Counters"

Post by CzechM8t »

Sorry if this is a basic question, but, I've looked and can't find the answer anywhere.

On the Unit Kill Counters; on occassion I will see a "+" with a number next to it (anywhere from 1 to 5) next to the actual "kill count" of that particular unit. It always shows up correspondent to the unit type. In other words, for infantry units the "+" shows next to enemy kills and for armored units, next to either light or heavy vehicles destroyed.

What does this mean? :?:

Also...I have played a few skirmish games as USMC to get familiar with the faction. Any chance we'll be able to play US Army AND USMC at the same time? Either as a "mixed faction" or in 2 v 2 where one player is Army & the other USMC? That would be great! After playing a couple of skirmish games I went to the stats board, where I saw there were no "won\lost" records being kept. Are skirmish games no longer being counted as either a win or loss?

Thanks again for the really great mod and all the work put into it.

Those are not kill counters. Those are UI descriptions on how good the weapon is versus a certain type of unit type. The + usually means that there is an upgrade purchased on the squad or vehicle, so there is increased effectiveness against some unit types.

We didn't remove anything regarding the actual game stats. That may be a consequence of Relic moving to the Steamworks servers.

In the next patch the USMC will be setup as a new team in the new patch, so you can play in team games and the AI can use it.
