First off upgrade your CoH to the new Steam Relaunch by inputting your key into Steam again. Use the Relic key retrival tool if you do not know your key:
https://cohtool.sega.co.uk/This will give you the new 2.700 version of CoH. Then please reinstall the mod with the latest version from here:

The screenshot you posted is from 2.602, the old version of CoH
Make sure you have "Company of Heroes Relaunch"

I think i might have figured out what it, ive got the relaunch version installed but i also had the original expansion packs, because i didnt realise that in the relaunch version its all installed in one go, so im going to check to see its that which is causing it when i get chance

Partialsolution:
Install only CoH Relaunch and start it. Then when you either click select mission on the campaigns or startup MC, Opposing Fronts and Tales of Valor will syncronize.
That's what I did and it worked for me.
