Launcher not starting ( Shows in Processes )

I have just recently installed Company of Heroes ( New Steam Version ) all fresh and clean.
Downloaded the Modern Combat installer.
Ran the installer, everything seemed fine.
Ran the shortcut of 'Modern Combat' and now in my processes ModernCombat.exe keeps disappearing and reappearing without actually doing anything.
Any tips?

My launcher is not showing up at all so what do i do

Are you using the 1.015 re-release?

There is no launcher for 1.015 you have to read the instructions on how to create a shortcut for the game.
