Units are still WW2 in skirish

I installed the mod correctly and when I start a skirmish the HQ and the engineers are still WW2 guys and not modern. I aslo cant build anything but engineers who are also WW2. The campaign mission works fine but in skirmish all my units are still the old guys. i have uninstalled it three times and reinstalled it but still the same thing. :?:

Do you have OF or ToV installed?

problem solved. my idiot friend did not have it installed!

My friend is actually still having this problem. In skirmish or MP it will only spawn engineers and all starting units are the stock WW2 ones. He is only using stock CoH.
