Anyways, keep up the good work. This mod is excellent, and having a small taste of what actually goes into it makes it that much better. How do you donate again?

I have a new appreciation for what you guys do. I've just spent the better part of three days of spare time (about 8 hours) working on a new doctrine, and I just now got it to the point where I can call in the abilities. I also built a new squad to add in. I adjusted a few things as well. Still have to update images, icons and units. Really all I've done was copy the abilities and re-arrange the stuff you guys already did into a new doctrine, with a little bit of editing of their abilities and upgrades.
Anyways, keep up the good work. This mod is excellent, and having a small taste of what actually goes into it makes it that much better. How do you donate again?

Consider it done. Now, how much would a new faction cost me?

Re: Modding
Patience maybe? Who knows...
Btw, just so you know... we'll be announcing some donation bonuses soon. We're planning to throw the community a bone or two to reward the people who donate (and have already donated), as it really helps us to maintain our server, run our tournaments, etc.

I have a lot more money than I do patience, haha.
Well that will be pretty sweet. I hope I don't have to play online for this. My ping was 986ms and D/L:U/L were both under 1mb out here. I don't think that's going to cut it.

New faction? what is it?
In my opinion, the hardest part of new faction is not data, but modelling and animation...

Re: Modding
Not a new faction, I just edited existing data over top of the US Air Superiority into a JSOC doctrine. I'm editing the abilities and units now to my liking. After that I might play around with trying to create a new vehicle. Something "easy" like the MRZR or M-ATV.
I agree with you. Moving data around, and creating new data is really just about organization and following the right path to get what you want. Most of my time was spent trying to figure out what path led to where, but once I got that down, it went smoothly.

You are using ModStudio 0.55? I think it's not difficult, you can find a tutorial and simply follow it.(I have a tutorial however it's written in Chinese)

Re: Modding
Well, I looked at the tutorials, but a lot of them are for vCoH stuff. Some works, some takes a little figuring out. Creating a new vehicle is my goal. If I can do that, I'll be happy with myself.
*edit*
And yes, Mod Studio 0.5.5

If you happen to need a model, I can help with that.
