Automatic Territory Capture

Hi everybody,
I know the Modern Combat should have the Automatic Territory Capture ability but for me it doesn't work for some reason. I like it a lot with the Battle of the Bulge mod, and really wish I could have the same option with MC. I checked the scar files and atc.scar is there but for some reason it won't work. Any help would be much appreciated.

I believe the hardcore game mode uses Automatic Territory Capture, check it out.

It doesn't unfortunately. I play hardcore mode most of the time and the territory capture is still like in the vanilla game
