[NON-STEAM] Instantly Closes

Hello.
I can't seem to get this mod to work (I've found it on YouTube). Since those videos are years old, does the mod not work anymore?
When I click "ModernCombatLauncher.bat" to launch it, the Command Prompt pops up for .05 seconds and then poofs away again, without any effects.
Does anyone know what is wrong?

Hi.

Those BAT files only work with the Steam version of CoH. To get the mod setup with v2.602 (non-Steam):

• Browse to your CoH root folder.
  
  
• Right-click on “RelicCOH.exe” and select “Copy”.
  
  
• On your desktop, right-click and select “Paste shortcut”.
  
  
• Right-click on the shortcut and add the suffix ” -dev -mod ModernCombat” (preceded by a space) to the target line. For example:
  
  • “C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Company of Heroes Relaunch\RelicCOH.exe” -dev -mod ModernCombat.
