Has been a while, and wanted to get back into this with a friend that got the game.
We both used the uninstall.bat, let it run (was tricky since it doesn't say is doing anything). AFter it ran all Modern stuff vanished. Extracted the contents onto the COH relaunch folder.
We launch the game we have the same version ending in 2.42. But when we try multiplayer he can't see me, When I try joining him or backwards it says "host using a different mod".
Any suggestions?

Tried it this morning again we verified cache deleted files manually then an uninstall.bat ,and finnaly we played together. No idea why it did what it did but i guess the issue is solved ...for now.
