Can someone help me uninstall?

I deleted my Steam/Document CoH Relaunch folder after deleting local content in Steam. Now my MC installation file won't let me repair/modify or uninstall. Any suggestions? I even tried a registry clean with CCleaner and nothing helped.

I keep getting network errors when modifying/repairing and a missing file error when trying to uninstall...

-Note- I cannot do a fresh install to overwrite, it only gives me these options.. somehow it's installed into my OS/registry or something..

-FIXED- For Modify I selected the second or third option in the drop, down which allowed me to fix the installation so I could uninstall.

I believe that problem is caused by a missing registry key. We're planning to solve it with the upcoming patch (just in-case it happens again).
