Here's dimensional views of ZTZ-96/96A. The four road wheel on the rear are different with the two on the front.

Seems I made some mistake...you're using the right scale, but of the wrong tank.
This is 90-IIM/MBT2000 (VT1A is one of the versions of MBT2000), exactly the same one ingame.
DB, if you are too busy to make a new model, just change the text instead. ;)

Editing a texture is one thing, but IIRC re-proportioning a model requires total re-animation. Not my department but I'd say chances of that at this stage are slim to nil. :?

Just correct the locale is okay. MBT2000 is a nice tank, too. :)
A "real" ZTZ96 could be added later when you guys finished the works more important than this.

You want us to rename it the "MTB-2000"?

Yep. ;)
Current model in game is MBT2000(ZTZ90-IIM, Al-Khalid, either is okay, they're the same one), not ZTZ-96. Changing name is a lot easier than changing model, and after all, MBT2000 is a Chinese tank, too.

See this picture and two picture of ZTZ-96/96A I posted above.

I can't see either of the last 2 you posted, no.

As far as I can tell, the MTB-2000 never entered PLA service? I don't think we should rename it. Maybe we'll give the ZTZ96 proper proportions later though, if we have time.

The PLA model of MBT2000 is ZTZ-90IIM (not often mentioned because another tank called "Type 90" was too famous), it's the first 3rd-Gen MBT of PLA. At first, PLA didn't adopt much because it's not as powerful as M1A1 and Leopard 2A4, but when the war happens, everything avaliable would be sent to the frontline, so who knows.

I'm looking forward to a remake version of ZTZ96 either. :D
