I have a NewModernCombat.module created by Corsix ModStudio 0.55, and copyed the _default.burn from DataGeneric\BIA\ to NewModernCombat\DataGeneric\ .
I used your file to replaced my NewModernCombat.module, reinstalled the perforce and re-configured the client file, but the problem is still there.
Maybe I need to uninstall and reinstall CoH together with the whole mod tools on my computer? :(

BTW, my OE is good, but when I open a existing rgm or rgo file, all the texture becomes pink. I think it is just the problem of burner files.

texture is pink because you are not properly putting the .tga textures in the right folders in DataGeneric/NewModernCombat
It needs to have the same directories as the actual ingame Mod files.

So wait, if you open the .rgm with OE and burn from OE it works? That doesn't make sense. Either both OE and your Burner don't work or they both do?

My OE works (at least seems) properly but the burner doesn't. When I open the unburnt RGM, it shows an "empty" workspace without any model shown. The size of my RGM is 1.88MB.
Can OE burn model too? If so, are the steps included in the video tutorial?

You have to use either re-exported RGM models from original CoH or you can just use our game MC RGM models as we don't have burn encryption like Relic's models. Yes OE can burn models as well.
