Replacing the humvee model?
Hi all, so for a while i've been wanting to replace the current humvee model for the older one just because i really like M1025 over de CROWS humvee Is there a simple way to do this?
Re: Replacing the humvee model?
Just an idea, I don't guarantee it works properly.
Check out every patches from 1.001 to 1.014, find out in which patch the humvee model is replaced. Then find out every file likely related to humvee model, and replace the related file in 1.015 with what in 1.000.

Re: Replacing the humvee model?
I have tried that, i dont know if im doing something wrong or it just doesnt work because all i get is a box that says "RGM MISSING! let there be panic! consult warnings.log for answers".

have you made any backup of replaced files?
Re: Replacing the humvee model?
Yes, of course. Everything is back to normal, that error only happens when i try replacing the files with older patches files. Although i dont know if i did it wrong or missed a file or that method just doesnt work

Do you have a list of the files that you used for replacing?

That error means the game files are pointing to assets that don't exist.
Since none of our modellers have replied I'm going to assume that I was correct on ModDB. I.e., there's no simple way for you to replace the files and there are too many states and dependent variables. It's not worth the time required to change it IMO.
