I have never had any problems with CoH MP. Until 7h ago....clicked MP (in MC) and game crashed. Tried again, game crashed again. At first I thought it was since I accidentally installed vCoH and thought it had screwed up some files. BOY were I wrong!

Now started a 3h errorsearching session that consisted of the following

Uninstalling and reinstalling MC and CoH
    Verifying gamecaches about six times
    defragging and optimising the systemdrive

Finally I try vCoH MP and it crashes as well. Now I believe it doesn't got anything to do with MC! Progress people!

I do a googlesearch and find that the problem is widespread and has started only recently. And I find a solution.

Empty your playback folder in Users/My Documents/My Games/

I'm posting this so others can find the solution immedietly. And also so the MC developers don't get blamed for this (like I was thinking of doing :|)

Yup. Actually it's not the playback folder, it's the "temp.rec" that's killing everyone. If you crash on clicking Mulitplayer or Operations, do the same thing and delete it.
