Game issue (Half resolved)

The extrating of those files inside the red box is the problem that de game doesnt launches (for me) The next i did is put the files in the red box in my Modern Combat folder and the game launches correctly, but i get the "FATAL IA ERROR EXECUTION IN PAUSE" And i dont know how to fix it, if anyone on this community or a game developer can help me, will be cool, thanks.
