CoH: Modern Combat

I've extracted all the files to the correct location "...steamapps/common/Company of Heroes Relaunch" I created a short cut to the desktop for Modern Combat Launcher. When executed the batch window opens for a split second (too fast to read what it says) then it closes and nothing happens after. I've tried running in administrator mode. I've re-downloaded the V1.019.rar file and re-extracted it to the folder. Before re-extracting I even ran the uninstaller. I've run out of ideas, does anyone have any?

So where's the extracted ModernCombat folder currently located? Within your "Company of Heroes Relaunch" folder?

If so, try this. Apparently the .bat files don't work properly for some people.
