CoH: Modern Combat

Hello, it has been a long while. Got back in wanted to dig into the files. Not as simple as other games that I've modded before. I went around searching for tools, but one way or another they don't open the files or bring no instructions to modify .rgd files.

Any tips to where to go, I went to a company of heroes website where ModStudio was given in a link but it also has trouble opening the files because it can't find the config file or something.
