CoH: Modern Combat

Hello, I have a problem about this game launcher. So I DL the new ver. which is 1.019 and I follow all the instruction. Luckly me I didn't have any previous MC before so I didn't extract the uninstall one. After that, I click the "Modern Combat Launcher.bat" and, it doing nothing. Kay, it give some module, but after that, it's gone and doing nothing. What happened? I do exactly what it told and bam, it doesn't launch. Please, can someone help me with this?

Are you sure that you installed/extracted to your Relaunch folder? (for example: “C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Company of Heroes Relaunch").
