Problems installing

Cant seem to install the mod, I've downloaded it from all locations and to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated

Did you have a previous version of MC installed?

I did have on the old CoH but i've uninstalled that. I recently just brought the steam version in order to play online and to download this mod

Just be checking through my old programs and found version 1.016 but it wont let me uninstall it at all, This is what happens when i try to.

The same thing happened to me once, when I deleted the old MC files outright instead of uninstalling them properly. I fixed it by restoring the deleted files and then running the installer.
If that doesn't work, then hopefully one of the more tech-savvy devs will be able to lend you a hand.

Guess it will have to be the the tech savvy devs then, i always permanently delete everything

The installer does not take anything from the internet, so I am unsure what it is going wrong there. Try and install the latest .NET Framework from Microsoft, that may be the only problem I can think of.

this has also happened to me and i still don't know how to fix it. i also tried to delete the files without uninstalling the mod so that may be why.
