I am learning how make new 3D models but I need to know if you can recommend me an specific program to make these models...

yes, my brother I am learning how start a new model...
I would like create new model for PLA but first I need a good tutorial and the best modeling program...

I need to be sure about what kind of tools or programs I need before to start the new model...

Are you sure that I just need 3D studio max 8 ?

You may also need Photoshop to deal with textures, any version is OK.

If anything, I can suggest Milkshape to start modeling. Very easy to use, and it can make some pretty complex shapes with some further experience.
