CoH: Modern Combat

guy I need help with UCS text ...
Everybody know that I am making some changes inside your game for personal use, well I would like add new UCS text for some new abilities that I added... but When I try to add new text, there is something that not let me save the changes made...

I use 2 differents way to make the changes:

1) I use Corxis mod studio/ tools / UCS editor / new moderncombat ..../ new entry....

2) COH/ modern combat / locale / English / new modern combat .../ add next number with text...

does not work to save changes...

somebody can help me? any solution or what I am doing wrong?

Lets say you have the english version of the game, then you want to edit this file:

Steam\steamapps\common\Company of Heroes Relaunch\ModernCombat\Locale\English\NewModernCombat.English.ucs

You just add numbers to the bottom, following the order and you can add text. Then changing the UI key entry in the .rgd files within Mod Studio you should be able to see the changes ingame.

You mean that none of your edits are being saved? Or that you can't get the RGDs to point towards them?

If I try add more number with text using Corsix mod studio, I can not save the changes....

when I created a new UCS file this change broke the game and I had to install the game again...

but finally I found the way to add more numbers and text...

I opened the UCS text with note book and I made my modification, save changes and in the mod studion when I opened the UCS text, all changes appear...
