You just described years and years of work. It took us 6 years just to get this far, and now we're essentially just a skeleton crew. :/
So for that reason, adding completely new factions is an impossible task for us at this point.

North Korea
There are a large number of players of ModernCombat are Chinese, and they dislike adding a terrorism country as their ally.
Great Britain
Germany
French Forces
Gru
Accroding to the background of the mod, none of the European countries would like to involve in a conflict between two superpowers with no benefit but only casualties for them.
(U.S) Units
Navy Seals
Navy Seals are already in the game. Check out USMC Faction.
U.S and British task force 141
This is MC, not CoH...TF141 is fictional.

You can convert .dds texture of Type 56(Chinese AK47) into .tga format with ModStudio, then modify it yourself with Photoshop.

It's a Type 56, technically not an AK. From what I can find online they've all remained gunmetal grey, with wooden stocks, grips and forestocks?

In fact, Type 56 was a completely copy of AKM, but Type 81 was not.
