CoH: Modern Combat

I am trying to install Modern Combat but there was no popup that asked for admin permission. I chose the file path correctly (C:/Program Files(86x)/Steam/steamapps/common/Company of Heroes Relaunch) and clicked the install button(it has that little admin shield that shows you need admin permission). But the install progress bar stays at zero and no admin permission window comes up. And also, when I right click on the install, there isn't a button that says "Run as Administrator". The only other option is to get a manual install, but I can't find one for the latest version. HALP!

Strange, try changing your UAC privileges in your control panel so that it doesn't ask you for permission and then when the install is finished just change it back to your default setting.

I'm looking for the manual install, not making the install work.

I am sorry but there is no manual install. Does turning off UAC privileges not help?
