CoH: Modern Combat

Hi,
I downloaded the modern combat mod. Link: http://www.moddb.com/mods/company-of-he ... aller-1016
But the installer does not work. After a few seconds the installer finished the installation.
Actual I have all requirements.

So you get to the part where it actually unpacks, but then it just skips to the "finished" screen?

Did you uninstall the old 1.015 and then install 1.016?
