I have another idea of 15th "Millennium" faction, @Chinatown90, maybe we could mix our thought together.

Airborne Combat Engineer - 空降工兵(160 mpw): Constructor. 2 men squad with QBZ-95B carbine. Able to reinforce anywhere on the map.

-FHJ01 Napalm Launcher upgrade - FHJ01火箭筒升级(150 ammo): One of the squad members equipped with FHJ01 Napalm Launcher. Long reloading time.

-GPS Jamming device ability - GPS干扰器(25 ammo): Deploy a GPS jamming device. This device will absorb half of the resource income of the area it was placed, and last for 20 seconds. GPS jamming device upgrade required.
放置一台GPS干扰器。该干扰器可以吸取所在区域一半的资源产出，自放置起持续20秒。需要GPS干扰器升级。

Tier 1 - 一本:
Pararooper - 伞兵(300 mpw): Multirole infantry. 5 men squad with QBZ-95 assalut rifle. Able to reinforce anywhere on the map.
全能步兵。五人组装备QBZ-95突击步枪。可以在地图任何角落补充损失人员。
-QBB-95 light machine gun upgrade - QBB-95班用机枪升级(75 ammo): One of the suqad members equipped with QBB-95 light machinegun. Tier 2 required.

-HJ-73 launcher upgrade - 红箭73发射器升级(75 ammo, 25 fuel): One of the squad members equipped with HJ-73 launcher, must stack up before firing. Tier 3 required.

-Scout team upgrade - 尖兵小队升级(75 ammo): One of the squad members equipped with QBU-88 marksman rifle, others equipped with scoped QBZ-95. Increase sight range and accuracy of the whole squad. Unlock accurate shot ability.

-Type 82 Recoilless Rifle upgrade - 82式无后坐力炮升级(75 ammo, 25 fuel): Machinegun replaced with a Type 82 Recoilless Rifle, effective both vs infantry and light armor. Tier 2 required.
将机枪替换为82式无后坐力炮，对步兵与轻型装甲车辆有效。需要二本。
-Type 63 107mm Rocket Artillery Upgrade - 63式107mm火箭炮升级(150 ammo): Machinegun replaced with a Type 63 Rocket Artillery, reject attack command and unlock fire rocket barrage ability. Tier 3 required.
将机枪替换为63式107mm火箭炮，无法手动攻击但可以发射火箭弹幕。需要三本。
-Rocket Barrage ability - 火箭炮弹幕技能: Fire light rocket barrage to designated area. Type 63 107mm Rocket Artillery upgrade required.
对指定区域发射轻型火箭炮弹幕。需要63式107mm火箭炮升级。

Tier 2 - 二本: needs tier1 bulit and 2 munition points captured before building.
需要一本与两个已占领弹药点
Heavy weapon team - 重武器小队(260 mpw): 4 men squad with a QJY-88 machine gun. must stack up before firing.
四人组装备QJY-88通用机枪。开火前需要展开。
-QLZ-87 Grenade Launcher upgrade - QLZ-87榴弹发射器升级: Machinegun replaced with a QLZ-87 auto grenade launcher.
将机枪替换为QLZ-87自动榴弹发射器。

Mortar team - 迫击炮小队(360 mpw): 4 men weapon crew with a PP93 60mm mortar.
四人组装备PP93 60mm迫击炮。
-Mortar barrige ability - 迫击炮弹幕技能: Fire several mortar shells to designated area.
向目标区域发射数枚迫击炮弹。
-Smoke barrige ability - 烟雾弹技能: Fire several smoke shells to designated area to cover friendly forces.
向目标区域发射数枚烟雾弹以掩护友军。
-Mortar mines ability - 布雷弹技能(50 ammo): Mortar mines is a special mortar shell that have several anti-personal mines in it. Shell will spread several the AP mines in it to designated area.
布雷弹是一种特殊炮弹，其中包含反步兵地雷，可以将地雷散布在指定区域之中。

WZ551 APC - ZSL-92装甲运兵车(260 mpw, 25 fuel): Wheeled APC with machinegun.
轮式装甲运兵车，装备机枪。
-PLL-05 Mortar Howitzer upgrade - PLL-05迫榴炮升级(200 ammo): Upgrade the vehicle to a PLL-05 mortar howitzer. Tier 3 required.
将车辆升级为PLL-05迫榴炮。需要三本。
-PTL-02 Assault Gun upgrade - PTL-05突击炮升级(200 ammo): Upgrade the vehicle to a PTL-02 assault gun. Tier 3 required.
将车辆升级为PTL-05突击炮。需要三本。

Tier 3 - 三本: needs tier2 built and 2 fuel points captured before building.
需要二本与两个已经占领的燃料点
ZBD-03 Airborne IFV - ZBD-03伞兵战车(400 mpw, 45 fuel): Multirole light armored vehicle with a 30mm autocannon.
多功能轻装甲车辆，装备一门30mm机关炮。
-HJ-73 missile upgrade - 红箭73反坦克导弹升级(50 ammo): Vehicle equipped with HJ-73 missile launcher. HJ-73 is a light-weighted AT missile with reletively low damage.
车辆装备红箭73发射器。红箭73是轻量化反坦克导弹，伤害较低。

PLL-05 mortar howitzer - PLL-05迫榴炮(420 mpw, 40 fuel): Light artillery fitted on WZ551 chassis. Capable for both direct fire (as an assault gun) and indirect fire (as an heavy mortar), fires HE round when using direct fire (as an assault gun, like stuh-42).
基于ZSL-92车体的轻型火炮。同时具有平射与曲射能力，在平射时发射高爆弹。
-Mortar Bombardment ability - 迫击炮炮击技能: Switch to mortar mode(it takes 4-6 seconds), and fire several mortar shells to designated area. Not able to move to move during fire mortar shells.
转换为迫击炮模式，向目标区域发射数枚迫击炮弹。在发射期间不能移动。

PTL-02 Assault Gun - PTL-02突击炮(360 mpw, 60 fuel): Light tank destroyer with 100mm gun(exactly the same gun of Type 86) fitted on WZ551 chassis. Strong VS vehicles and tanks.
基于ZSL-92车体的轻型自行反坦克炮，装备100mm 86式反坦克炮。

Commander Tree 1: Harassment & Sabotage
Troops infiltrate enemy line silently and deadly, find the most vulnerablecauses point of enemy, and cause havok with everything we can use.
Left:
-Eyes over the wall ability: Our scout teams have infratrated enemy line, and ready to report any enemy movement. However, to avoid to get spotted, the usage of connection methods are limited.Target a neutral building and reveal the area around it for 5 seconds.
-GPS jamming device upgrade: GPS Jamming device is small-sized, battery-powered device which can disable GPS signal in a wide area. Without GPS, transportations are easier to get lost. Enable Airborne Combat Engineers and Paratroopers to deploy GPS Jamming devices.
-Special Forces call-in: Same as the one of Asymmetric warfare commander tree.
Right:
-Mortar Mines upgrade: Enable mortar team to use mortar mines ability.
-Type 86 AT Gun Airdrop ability: Airdrop a Type 86 AT Gun and a weapon crew. Weapon crew will dig in around the position where they're dropped.
-Type 62G Light Tank call-in: Heavy equipments are now avaliable for use. Call in a Type 62G light tank from a bunker or the edge of the map.

Commander Tree 2: Encirclement & Elimination
Troops cut off enemy routes and squeeze enemy room for maneuver, co-operate with friendly troops, encircle enemy force and finally eliminate them.

Commander Tree 3: Blue Army
Blue army is the op-for troop of PLA, and they are the people who knows US Forces best in the world. They'll use whatever means invaders use on invaders themselves.

-Command Network Intruding ability
-Force Retreatment ability
-EMP bomb ability
Right:
-Flashbang upgrade
-Death from Above ability
-T80U call-in

Such PLL-05 is a great howitzer or a great mortar,but I think it is like Stug 42.So that the Airborne have nothing like T59D.
For the HMG,the Airborne needs a light-weight MG,such QJY-88 is better.
For the Pararooper,the QBZ-03 is a better choice.Some Airborne uses QBZ-95,but the QBZ-03 can fold its buttstock.And it's better than QBZ-95.
HJ-73 is too big for the Airborne.A Recoilless Gun is better.
For the SX-1,it doesn't use a Type 80 HMG.Now it can use QJY-88,QJZ-89 and QLB-06.I don't know that a SX-1 can carry Type 63 Rocket Artillery.A vesion of SX-1 is HJ-8E upgrade.
The Type 86 AT gun is too heavy and old.For the Airborne,they need a light AT gun.Such Recoilless gun,PF-98,HJ-73/8/9 is better.And I don't know there is a kind of 80mm mortar.PLA only have 60mm,82mm,100mm and 120mm mortar.
A HMG team can become a QLZ-87 team?I don't know what will happen.
SCO?What will happen?Russian Airborne or tanks?

I found PLL-05 could use HEAT rounds, which means it could be used for direct fire. HEAT would never be used for indirect fire.

For light weapons, I think whether is OK.

HJ-73 is light enough I think, and this is why it isn't completely replaced by HJ-8 and HJ-9.

Type 63 seems could be fitted on all kinds of vehicle, even Humvee or Chery QQ.

Type 86 is used to make up the defect of not having heavy armor. Enhanced AT position is difficlut to be destroyed.

This thought comes from Warhammer 40k, the weapon of heavy weapon team could be upgraged to grenade launcher.

Now HJ-73 can only attack the buildings——just like the M1 57mm AT Gun.At the end of the World War II,the M1 was too old to attack the Tiger tank.But M1 can attack the fortifications.Now HJ-73 is old,too.It is used to attack the fortifications.Another reason is,PLA isn't rich.That's why there are so many T59 tank,J-7/J-8 fighters,HJ-73 missile and Type 69 RPG.Such ZTZ-99 MBT,J-10/J-11/J-20 fighters,AFT-9/9A missile and PF-98 rocket launcher is better.
If we use a SX-1 to carry a T63 rocket artillery,that's not balanced——the players will use “Hit and Run”,and it may be like the PLA Type 81 MRLS——the 15th Airborne may become another “Bomb Better Company”.
A Type 86 is too heavy.If the Airborne use it,they will be killed easily by the tanks and IFVs.And I don't know that PLA Airborne use any AT Gun.They only use HJ-8E SX-1,AFT-9A Truck and Type 78 Recoilless Gun.And PF-98.
Type 80 is usually an export weapon——although some PLA crops use it.In most of the PLA crops,they use Type 67-2 HMG.Such QJY-88 is better.I know PKM/Type 80 is a great weapon.MC have ever wanted to use Type 80 as the weapon of PLA HMG team.But finally they use Type 67.QJY-88 is a better weapon for the Airborne.Now the General Purpose Machine Gun(GPMG)is usually used as the LMG.In a squad,there are usually 2 M249/RPK74 LSW and 1 M240/PKM GPMG(Bipod).The M240 and PKM are all 7.62mm MG.The QJY-88 is a 5.8mm GPMG.It's better for a squad.I designed the QJY-88 GPMG(LMG mode) team instead of a tripod HMG team.It can also suppress the enemy infantry but the squad is more flexible than traditional HMG team.Of course,I didn't give airborne a LMG upgrade.
A QLZ-87 is a grenade launcher,I don't know how many players want to change a HMG to a grenade launcher.An HMG can kill infantries easily,but a grenade launcher can't.If it can fire three or even more grenades in two or three seconds,it will not be balanced.

OK, I've deleted the Type 86 and replaced it with WZ551 and two upgrades...and a tech tree.

Changed SCO Joint Force into Blue Army.
