Fatal AI Error - Execution Paused

Hey guy's, i recently decided to install modern combat. made the shortcut as advised on the main website. and everything launched fine. went to skirmish, selected an MC Map ( cant remember which one ). and about 1 minute in, i recieved the following error and the game paused

"Fatal AI Error - Execution Paused"

I've read the other post on this issue about SCAR. and my error didnt say scar. it said Fatal AI Error

Anyway. some technical specs

Modern Combat version 1.015
Windows 8 Pro 64x
CoH Relaunch steam Version

Heres the scar log incase it helps you out any. though info is very slim. for some reason the scar log says version 1.014, although im 100% positive that i downloded and installed version 1.015, especially considering ModDB only offer version 1.000 and version 1.015
