CoH: Modern Combat

Seriously, it feel like this patch has completely revamped the game. Perhaps it's just the fact that it's on the new Steam version, but my MC experience has never looked this realistic or visceral. It's like the camera angles were changed or the models were updated or something. Whatever you guys did this patch, very well done. I feel like I'm actually playing "Modern Combat" now

p.s. the new infantry icons are a nice touch, I really like it.

We literally took out all the junk that was left over from v1.000 of the game, been wanting to do that for a while now. Models should look a bit more fresh. You can thank I_Am_a_Spoon for a lot of the small details that add up. Like the FX, Icons and tracers.

Very impressive, I noticed the difference instantly. Made the experience palpably better.

Then I want to thank you DB... Darkblade right that is what DB stands for... I'm a bit of a nerd so sometimes acronyms fly over me.

And thanks! The site is tremendous, and the installer made it pretty quick for me to install the new version. And I personally can't wait for the tech trees to get on the site. Will those include the unit stats, by any chance, and their veterancy modifiers?

We will hopefully be putting together a cross between the CoH2 stats site and our old unit pages.
