Wierd Texture Issue

I get this weird texture thing when units move into the camera.

Change your graphics shader setting to "High".

thanks that fixed it. Last one....How exactly does cheat mode work? Im pressing the corresponding keys and nothing is happening.

Did you launch the game in cheat mode? There's a separate .bat file you need to use.
