Military advisor and balancer

I've heard that you guys are looking for a military advisor who's specialized in PLA stuffs, and I'm here to offer my service. I'm specialized in PLA formations and equipments, and I can provide detailed info and picture about PLA stuffs that you guys would interest in.
I also have basic knowledge about CoH modding, so I could help if you guys have misc stuff like data to deal with.
