Frustating attacked by Apache

Anyone know how to shot down the Apache using infantry or any other vehicles while you use doctrine "full mobilisation" or "Future is Now"? it make me frustating because everything in the ground are easily to wipe out by Apache. And I think infantry can do it shot down with RPG or any weapon to attack from ground to air.

PHl03 rocket barrage and ZBD05 chaingun could take it down.
