Balance/Change Suggestions

1. For PF-89 Disposable, my suggestion is give it to Regular (and sniper, sniper with rocket launcher is one of the tradition of PLA ), in FIN command tree replace the PF98 Tripod.
2. Seprate Tank Hunter squad for PLAGF and PLAN: For PLAGF, 4 men squad with a unsupported PF98 120mm, powerful than Type 69-II, but fire slower and not capable for second launcher upgrade. For PLAN(Marine), 4 men squad with Type 69-II like now(but use marine Regular skin please ), capable for second launcher upgrade.
3. For PLA SoF squad, use PF89 Disposable instead of PF-98, upgrade required to unlock the ability.
