The Problem is that the .bat file uses Paths relative to the COH Folder to the Steam.exe.
Application Developpers
So if you installed COH in a different Steam library on another Dirve it wont find the Steam.exe.
current Bat:
cd ../../../../
Steam.exe -applaunch 228200 -dev -mod ModernCombat
