The M2/M3 Bradley can carry troops. Why doesn't it do this in game yet?

I've made a shortcut following the directions and it doesn't work. Running as admin does no good.

Also, I'm having trouble running MC in the new CoH relaunch folder. I have MC still tied to the old Relic CoH, and the MC installer will not let me install it anywhere else. If I do, it won't work ...

I get the same thing every time I run a victory point game. Just before the moment of victory, the game freezes and says there a fatal scar error. I have to quit to the main menu, which gives me a defeat.
