CoH: Modern Combat

as I speak, my friend is playing coh just fine, lol. so im not sure why it would single out the mod. I have moved my steam directory to another drive, and made sure that everything was installed in the proper directory. I may just have to do a clean sweep and re-download from scratch

his is the steam version, same as mine. like I said, we were playing regular COH not 2 days before, so im not sure what else it could be.

So here's the problem. Myself and a friend are getting the mod up and running so we can play, and we each are having separate issues. The first issue on my side is that the game will not launch at all. No errors, no messages, nothing. I've looked on here, and followed tips and changed my shortcut ...
