Developers could also (if possible) implement some Chinese from the game World of Tanks. IG files are easy to access, I assume, becouse there's a lot of crew sound mods other people make.
So I think importing thoose Chinese voices from WoT would work awesome on PLA tanks.

To be fair I already have almost half translated the mod just for my self, so I could play comfortably, so I thought I may share it with you, when I finish it.
